Team Lead
Your Team Lead sees the day’s route already optimized for them, along with a button to get directions to the next property.
When they arrive at the property, they’ll see the exact services scheduled for the day, plus a Get Started button to tap when they’re ready to begin.
Tapping the Get Started button changes the icon on the Team card so it’s obvious which property is being worked on.
Once the Team is ready to wrap up, they’ll tap a check or an X on each service, as well as noting why any services couldn’t be completed.
This will alert the Admin to reschedule those services.
